1. Who We Are
gosystemslab.com is operated by Evica Digital Ltd ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in England and Wales. We provide Amazon PPC management and advertising optimisation services under the SYSTEMSLAB brand.
For privacy questions, contact us at hello@gosystemslab.com.
2. What Data We Collect
Depending on how you use the website, we may collect:
- Application data: Your name, business email, phone number, revenue range, advertising spend, budget and other answers you provide
- Booking data: Appointment details and information you provide when scheduling a call
- Communication data: Messages, call notes, preferences, consent choices and opt-out requests
- Usage and attribution data: Pages viewed, referral source, advertising identifiers, browser, device and approximate location
3. How We Use Your Data
We use your personal data to:
- Review your application and respond by email or a manually dialled phone call
- Schedule and prepare for sales calls
- Provide our services and manage client relationships
- Measure advertising and improve our website and application process
- Send marketing communications where permitted, and respect opt-out requests
- Prevent fraud, protect our systems and comply with the law
4. Applications and Marketing Consent
Submitting an application asks us to review it and contact you about your enquiry by email or a manually dialled phone call. Submitting the form does not, by itself, authorise marketing texts or automated calls.
If you separately tick an optional consent box, we may send marketing text messages or call the number you provided using an automatic telephone dialing system or an artificial, prerecorded or AI-generated voice. This consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase.
You can withdraw consent at any time. Reply STOP to stop text messages and HELP for help. You can also use an unsubscribe link, tell us during a call, or email hello@gosystemslab.com. We may keep a limited suppression record so we do not contact you again through a channel you have opted out of.
5. Legal Basis for Processing
Where UK GDPR applies, we rely on:
- Steps at your request and legitimate interests: To assess and respond to a genuine business enquiry, and to improve our services where your rights do not override those interests
- Consent: For optional marketing texts and automated, artificial, prerecorded or AI-generated voice calls where consent is required
- Contract: To provide services you have agreed to buy
- Legal obligation: To meet tax, accounting, regulatory and other legal requirements
6. Service Providers and Data Sharing
We use service providers to operate the website and sales process. They may process data for us only as needed to provide their services. These include:
- Typeform for applications
- Calendly for appointment scheduling
- Google Workspace and Pipedrive for records, communication and customer relationship management
- PostHog for website and funnel analytics
- HYROS for lead and advertising attribution
- Meta for advertising measurement and audience services
We do not sell personal data for money. We may also disclose data to professional advisers, regulators, law enforcement, or a buyer of our business where the law permits.
Some providers process data outside the UK or European Economic Area. Where required, we use recognised transfer safeguards, such as adequacy regulations or approved contractual clauses.
7. Cookies and Tracking
We and our providers may use cookies, pixels and similar technologies to:
- Measure advertising performance through services such as Meta and HYROS
- Understand website use through PostHog and similar analytics
- Remember preferences and keep the website working
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking some technologies may affect how the website works.
8. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to:
- Access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal data
- Restrict or object to certain processing
- Withdraw consent at any time
- Opt out of certain marketing, targeted advertising, sale or sharing where applicable law gives you that right
To make a request, email hello@gosystemslab.com. We may need to verify your identity. UK residents may complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
9. Data Retention
We keep data only for as long as needed for the purpose collected, including:
- Opt-in and enquiry data: up to 24 months from last contact
- Consent evidence and suppression or do-not-contact records: up to 5 years after the last relevant communication, withdrawal or opt-out
- Client and transaction data: for the service period plus 6 years
- Analytics data: up to 26 months
We may keep a minimum suppression record after deleting other lead data so we can continue to honour an opt-out.
10. Children
Our services are not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted here with a revised "last updated" date.
