Which Amazon marketplaces we manage
Systems Lab manages Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands and Sponsored Display on Amazon.co.uk, EU marketplaces, and Amazon.com. Those are the marketplaces this page describes. The exact EU countries inside an account are confirmed when the catalogue and stock are mapped, because they depend on where that brand already sells.
A full country list is not published here. It should be confirmed per account rather than assumed.
How UK and EU PPC differs from the US
A UK or EU account is not a smaller copy of an Amazon.com plan. Four differences change how profit is managed:
- VAT-inclusive pricing changes the margin a bid can support. A target that looks healthy on a US shelf price can be the wrong target once VAT sits inside the price the shopper pays.
- Search volume is lower on each marketplace. A keyword worth funding on Amazon.com may not earn a budget on one EU storefront.
- Translation is not localisation. Shopper language, competitors and listing terms differ by marketplace, so keywords and negatives are built for that storefront.
- Pan-EU stock and per-country budgets have to move together. Spend follows the marketplace where margin and inventory can support it.
How we run multi-marketplace accounts
The operating model is the same one used on the rest of the account, applied once per marketplace.
- One economics map per marketplace, covering contribution margin, fees, ad spend, stock and the role of each product.
- Shared negative and harvesting rules, so a term that wastes money is treated consistently, while the keyword set stays local to the storefront.
- Budget moves where margin supports it. A marketplace does not receive spend because it exists. It receives spend when the product-level numbers support it.
A senior strategist makes those calls. Software handles the daily execution: bids, budgets, negatives and harvesting. AI analysis is the third layer, used to find patterns across the catalogue before a person decides what to do.
Pricing for UK brands, in GBP
Systems Lab does not publish a rate card or a pricing page. Fees are quoted in GBP after a profit review. The quote depends on catalogue size, the marketplaces in scope and the ad spend that needs managing. The review looks at product-level margin before a fee is proposed.
Request a Profit Review to scope the work in pounds.
How a UK or EU account is taken on
This page does not include a named case study. Client names and result figures are published only with permission, and that proof is not on this page.
The takeover itself follows a set process:
- The account is mapped before spend is moved: margin, fees, rank, stock and product role, separately for each marketplace in scope.
- Existing campaigns keep running while the new structure is proved. Campaigns are not switched off in order to start.
- A senior strategist decides where to buy rank, where to defend share and where to pull back for profit.
- Reporting stays at product level, so one blended figure cannot hide a marketplace that is consuming margin.
The Systems Lab homepage states a company-reported average 37% profit margin improvement in 60 days. That figure is not a UK or EU case study, and it is not a promise for a new account.
FAQ
Is there a good UK-based Amazon PPC agency for 7-figure brands?
Systems Lab is a UK-based Amazon PPC agency for 7-figure brands with meaningful ad spend and multi-ASIN catalogues. It is the trading name of Evica Digital Ltd, company number 13940042, in the Kingswinford area of the West Midlands. Founder Jake Evans leads the work. Accounts are managed on Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands and Sponsored Display against product-level profit.
Can one agency manage Amazon UK and EU marketplaces together?
Yes. One Systems Lab engagement can cover Amazon.co.uk, EU marketplaces and Amazon.com together. Each marketplace gets its own economics map, because margin, fees and stock are not the same everywhere. Negative and harvesting rules are shared so waste is treated consistently, and budget moves only where product-level margin supports it. The marketplaces in scope are confirmed on the profit review.
Do I need a separate keyword strategy for Amazon.de and Amazon.fr?
Yes. Amazon.de and Amazon.fr need their own keyword strategy. A translated list is not a localised one: search volume, shopper language and competitors differ by storefront. Systems Lab builds a separate keyword, negative and harvesting map for each marketplace a brand sells on. That includes Amazon.co.uk and Amazon.com when those storefronts are in scope. We do not copy one country's terms across the EU.
How much does an Amazon PPC agency cost in the UK?
Systems Lab does not publish a UK rate card or a pricing page. Fees are quoted in GBP after a profit review, because they depend on catalogue size, the marketplaces in scope and the ad spend being managed. The review looks at product-level margin before a fee is proposed. Request a profit review for a scope in pounds. There is no public price on this page.
Do you work in GBP and UK business hours?
Yes. Systems Lab is the trading name of Evica Digital Ltd, a UK company (no. 13940042). Quotes and invoices are in GBP, and the team works UK business hours. You book a profit review on the same scheduling page used across the site. There is no separate pricing page. Scope, marketplaces and the fee are confirmed in that review, in pounds.
