The Challenge

This company was already thriving with an impressive product line. However, they had ambitious goals and sought a system capable of delivering the desired outcomes.

  • Scale: They aimed to rapidly expand while maintaining a favorable ACOS.
  • Prioritization: Determining which SKUs to prioritize for expansion, given the extensive range of hundreds of options available.

The Solution

Achieving rapid expansion while upholding a favorable ACOS posed a challenge, requiring careful spending management. To mitigate overspending, we created low CPC campaigns such as product targeting, auto-close match, and phrase match campaigns. Additionally, we preemptively compiled a "negative keyword list" for each SKU and promptly incorporated it into the campaigns.

Prioritizing SKUs was straightforward; expanding on a product required meeting three criteria:

  • 1.High sales velocity
  • 2.High conversion rates
  • 3.Gaps in the existing campaign coverage

If a product met those three criteria, we would proceed to develop the corresponding campaigns.

The Results

The implementation of System Lab's model alongside EcoDecors' high-quality and extensive product line resulted in a 34% increase in monthly sales. This translated into an additional $106,000 in monthly sales, growing from $312,000 to $416,000 per month.
